How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow five working days from dispatch for all orders to be delivered in the UK. During special offers, our delivery lead times will instead be ten working days from dispatch due to the volume of orders. If your order is taking longer to get to you than the above, please contact us at customerservice@9brand.co.uk so someone can look into this for you.
Do you use sustainable palm oil?
The majority of our products contain sustainably sourced palm oil, apart from Caramel Fudge (40g) and Dark Chocolate & Ginger (40g). We are fully aware of the issues associated with the sourcing of palm oil, and we have taken this into account when sourcing our ingredients, in particularly the vegetable oils and fats of palm origin. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, replacing palm oil is not the right solution to address the environmental and social problems associated with oil palm cultivation; replacing palm oil with other types of vegetable oil would mean that much larger amounts of land would need to be used, since palm trees produce 4-10 times more oil. Are all your bars vegetarian?
Yes, we are very pleased to say that every single one of our Brynmor flapjacks is vegetarian and approved by the Vegetarian Society.
Which products are suitable for vegans?
The only products that are not suitable for vegans are as follows:
- Brynmor Chocolate Flapjack 80g
- Brynmor Caramel Fudge Flapjack 80g
All the rest of our Brynmor ranges are perfectly suitable for vegans

Yes, we are proud to say that all our products are and always will be gluten free.
